4 oz Kale or spinach (spinach is the milder of the two)
1 apple
¼ cup fresh parsley
½ cup sliced cucumber
1 avocado
1 tbsp each fresh lemon and lime juice
½ tsp grated ginger root
1 banana (frozen will add an icy froth)
1 cup water or coconut water – add more if needed
Optional: 1 tbsp raw honey or stevia to taste for sweetness
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
